We provide typical creation times for your guidance but these may be subject to change. This ensures the highest level of quality and attention to detail. Some of our makers observe seasonal production pauses, which may occasionally extend timelines – a reflection of the considered nature of their work.

Delivery options

We offer the following UK delivery options:

Standard Delivery
Small/medium, non-fragile items are delivered by DPD. DPD deliveries are trackable at every stage and will be delivered to your door between Monday and Friday.

Large items, fragile small/medium items under 20kg in weight that require extra protection on delivery will be delivered by our trusted delivery partners Atlas of London or Smart Van. They will contact you to arrange a suitable time (between Monday and Friday) to deliver your order (curbside delivery only).

White-glove delivery
‘White-glove delivery’ is our recommended service for all large items that require assembly and packaging removal.

The delivery team will deliver your items to your room of choice and remove all the packaging for you, if required all items will be assembled by the delivery team. Installation is not available for lighting products or wall-mounted goods such as, but not limited to shelving, mirrors, and pictures.

Please ensure you check and measure access to your property and make us aware of any possible difficulties in delivering your order prior to dispatch. See our white-glove delivery page for more information about this service.

Collect from our warehouse

Its modular construction lets you shape the sofa around your space and duvet-filled cushioning delivers a notably soft sit. Removable Velcro covers make upkeep simple and allow the appearance to evolve with changing tastes over time. Every piece is carefully made to order; choose a premium textile by Maharam, Kvadrat, Romo or HAY, from tactile wool-rich weaves to more relaxed natural blends, to create a look that feels entirely your own.
